Who we are
Fluxy is a creative studio based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. These terms apply whenever you engage us for a project or an ongoing content package. Questions about anything here go to hello@fluxy.com.au.
Services
The specifics of what we deliver — the content, the schedule, the format — are agreed per project or per package before work begins. If your needs change partway through, we'll agree any changes in writing (an email is fine) before acting on them.
Payments & invoicing
Ongoing packages are invoiced on a recurring cycle (typically monthly); one-off projects may require a deposit before work starts, with the balance invoiced on delivery. Exact terms are confirmed in your quote. Late payment may pause active work until resolved.
Revisions & scope
Each package or project includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Extra rounds, or changes that go beyond the original brief, are quoted separately before we start on them.
Minimum term & cancellation
Ongoing packages run on a three-month minimum term, then continue month to month. After the minimum term, either party can cancel with reasonable written notice (we ask for at least 14 days).
Intellectual property & ownership
Ownership of final delivered content transfers to you on full payment. Until then, drafts and working files remain ours. We retain the right to reuse general techniques, templates and know-how developed during a project (not your specific branded content) on future work.
Content & footage
Where we shoot on your premises, you give us permission to capture and use that footage to produce your deliverables. We'd also like to showcase finished work in our own portfolio and socials — if you'd prefer we didn't for a specific project, just let us know and we'll leave it out.
Turnaround & delivery
Turnaround times quoted in a package or project are best-effort targets based on us receiving what we need from you (footage, approvals, feedback) on time. Delays on your end may shift the delivery date.
Liability
We do good, careful work, but our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
